5 Minute Review

We understand that your time is precious.  Because property transactions can be complex and drawn-out, we have designed the Five-Minute Review to provide you with an accurate summary of your mortgage options.

We will assess your circumstances and give you an idea of your borrowing capacity, outlining those mortgage options we believe the most suitable for you.  All we ask is that you bring details of your approximate annual earnings, details of the value of the property you wish to purchase, along with information on any other loans you may have.

If you find yourself in town and haven’t made an appointment, don’t worry.  Feel free to drop in to The Mortgage Shop at any time during office hours.  We will do our very best to accommodate you.  It could be the most productive 5 minutes you have ever spent.
